Occupy Dance Marathon
Submitted by Shira Barron on 04/25/12 04:34:00 PMDance Marathon took place on March 24th-25th for 30 hours, and raised a total of $510,325.76 for kids. Team DPhiE, or #Occupydancemarathon raised $9,615.56!!! Great job to everyone who participated and donated to the cause! All the money for Dance Marathon goes to fund pediatric rehabilitation programs at C.S. Mott Children’s Hospital in Ann Arbor, as well as at Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak.

Several events took place throughout the week, and it all started with the Journey of Dreams. Every year different charities are selected and Greek Week works toward fundraising for these charities. A Busy October!

We had a date party, a wonderful Big/Little Week and freshman costume reveal, a bunch of sisterhood events including pumpkin painting and a trip to Wiard's Orchard, a PanHel meeting hosted at our home, and a super successful Greek Service Day! We have also been hard at work for midterm season, and we wish the best of luck on everyone's exams!

Relay For Life Updates

We have been dedicating lots of time and energy to fundraising, and it shows: in the past week alone, we have raised over $7000, almost half of our final goal! We still have two months left to finish, but at this rate we know we can do it!

Making up Team Excalibur, Delta Phi Epsilon is paired with Delta Kappa Epsilon (DKE) and Theta Delta Chi (TDX).
